About Us
The Academy of Dental Assisting was started at our Frankfort, Kentucky Campus in 1999. The Academy of Dental Assisting along with their Faculty & Staff understands the necessary skills and techniques needed to become a successful dental assistant.
The Academy of Dental Assisting had a vision to establish a dental assisting school that would provide the public with an excellent opportunity to enter a rewarding and professional career. Also, knowing the great demand for dental assistants, we wanted to help provide other dentists with highly-qualified graduates who are eager to begin their profession.
From this vision, the Academy of Dental Assisting was formed. The private, post-secondary school is licenced by the Kentucky State Board of Proprietary Education and is nationally accredited by the National Accreditation for Colleges & Schools.

The Academy has been training dental assistants for over ten years, working on actual dental equipment, and providing hands-on training. Our small class sizes help ensure a personal learning experience.
